Job Overview

The primary goal of this role is to oversee the development and execution of comprehensive educational programs across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) for Surgeons Performing Medicine (SPM) and Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish a strategic framework and operational plan for medical education in ANZ, focusing on content creation and course delivery excellence.
  • Engage with healthcare professional faculty and internal stakeholders to implement and deliver high-quality educational events that drive adoption in key focus areas.
  • Develop and manage budgets for local delivery of medical education training activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all programs comply with local and global regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
  • Oversee faculty contracts through approved systems.
  • Design program agendas, develop course content, learning objectives, attendee profiles, and other relevant details to maximize learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in medical education or marketing management in the medical devices industry, with a strong background in SPM and ENT.
