Event Coordination
  • Manage event planning and execution on-site, traveling approximately 20% of the time, to support smooth event operations.
  • Ensure accurate records in compliance systems and support audits to maintain regulatory adherence.
Financial Administration
  • Process and reconcile event-related expenses via Concur to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and handle accruals to ensure effective financial management.

Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and relationship-building abilities are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis is also highly valued. Event management or business administration qualifications are a significant advantage.
