Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at HOBAN Recruitment. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for providing recruitment and candidate management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, to ensure timely and effective delivery of recruitment services.
- Candidate Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract top talent.
- Interview and Assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable roles and provide expert advice and support to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database to ensure compliance and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- A recent graduate in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Arts, Communication, or equivalent.
- Passion and dedication for the recruitment industry.
- Confident speaking on the phone with clients and candidates.
- Capability of understanding client needs and striving to find the perfect match between candidates and clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Car license and own transport.
- Willingness to learn.
- You will be a self-starter who is driven, creative, flexible, and resilient.
- Experience and understanding of government recruitment processes is highly regarded.
