Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding high-calibre Disability Support Workers (DSWs) for CPL's support offices within a designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain close working relationships with Service Managers within the assigned region to understand their team dynamics, client needs, and staffing requirements.
- Recruitment Strategy: Create and implement tailored recruitment plans for each support office based on identified needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to attract suitable DSW candidates, including job boards and referrals.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screening of applicants, arrange interviews, and participate in assessment centres.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the disability support sector.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Disability Support Knowledge: Understanding of disability support services and the NDIS is desirable.
