Clinical Lead Supporting Recovery

The Clinical Lead will play a pivotal role in guiding a multidisciplinary team that provides accessible mental health support to young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor an existing team of Mental Health Practitioners.
  • Provide clinical guidance on the management of complex and high-needs clients within agreed service areas and in line with expertise and qualifications.
  • Offer clinical supervision in both individual and group settings.
  • Contribute to ongoing service development, ensuring high-quality care for all clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree qualification applicable to the role – i.e. psychology, counselling, social work, or similar.
  • Registration with a relevant professional body – i.e. minimum Level 4 ACA, PACFA Clinical, APHRA, AASW mental health social worker accreditation.
  • Extensive experience working with clients experiencing trauma in an FDSV setting (mandatory).
  • Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams in clinical settings.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence and WWCC.
  • The right to work in Australia.
