Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing project schedules and coordinating with various stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, update, and analyze detailed tender and execution programs/schedules for projects.
  • Utilize planning software to manage project timelines.
  • Maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and external parties.
  • Ensure accurate project delivery through attention to detail and logical thinking.
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-10 years of project coordination experience or relevant civil engineering/project management background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project software.
  • Experience working with Transport for NSW contracts.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI.
