We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our Personal Injury team in Darwin, NT. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from inception to finalisation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of claims, including motor accidents and recoveries, in accordance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including legal representatives, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers, to drive successful outcomes.
- Make key liability decisions in accordance with multiple jurisdictional legislative requirements.
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders to achieve timely and effective resolution of claims.
Requirements
- Legal background or experience.
- Experience in a similar case management role within personal injury insurance.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and act in a professional manner.
