Prefab Production Supervisor

Leading a team of up to 20 staff members in a fast-paced factory environment is crucial for our company's success. As Prefab Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring production outputs meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involves reporting machinery maintenance requirements and working closely with the Production Manager to prioritize assembly orders correctly.

About the Role:

  • Supervise a large-scale production team and ensure that all team members are well-trained and performing their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in the production process.
  • Manage and report safety issues and incidents in line with company policy and legislation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in supervising or leading a team is essential for this role.
  • Preferably experience within a prefab factory, but also consider carpenters looking for a change.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and train new staff members are key.
