We are seeking a skilled Combat Systems Engineer to join our team in the Maritime domain. This role involves developing and documenting functional performance specifications for maritime systems, as well as liaising with stakeholders to ensure requirements are defined and baselined.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document functional performance specifications for maritime systems
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure requirements are defined and baselined
  • Assist in the integration of various maritime system components
  • Establish traceability between system specifications and overall platform requirements
  • Provide technical support and take direction from senior engineering leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Significant experience in defence or maritime engineering
  • Understanding of systems engineering processes, including EIA-632 standards
  • Experience with complex requirements management tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with naval or maritime systems is highly desirable
  • Hold and maintain a minimum NV1 clearance as required by the relevant authorities
