About the Role

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and managing incidents, ensuring Field Technicians respond promptly and efficiently. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and optimize resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage notifications from clients and the Field Services Team, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate data within call management systems, tracking incidents and customer expectations.
  • Analyze Technician availability and regional call loads to direct the actions of the Field Services Team, meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Liaise with Sub-contractors and Agents to support SLA achievement.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the group by notifying the Customer Operations Manager of potential delays or SLA breaches.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a rostering/scheduling position is essential.
  • Knowledge of Gaming, Wagering, and Club Keno products, systems, and software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management capabilities.
  • Able to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Required to understand local and State geography.
