About the Role
As a Roster Coordinator at VMCH, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing our client service delivery. Your key responsibilities include creating and maintaining effective rosters, coordinating support worker schedules, and handling unallocated shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure timely communication with support workers and handle administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining enquiry registers.
About You
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong experience in rostering software applications. You will bring a proven ability to efficiently manage client schedules, high-level interpersonal skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Your well-developed organizational skills, with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize client service delivery through effective rostering and scheduling
- Coordinate support worker schedules and handle unallocated shifts
- Ensure timely communication with support workers and handle administrative tasks
- Assist support workers with client queries and manage customer service requests
- Adhere to risk management and quality standards
Requirements
- Strong experience with rostering software applications
- Previous experience in the Aged and Community Care sector
- Proven ability to efficiently manage client schedules
- High-level interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed organizational skills with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as is the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
