- You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective processes, driving business outcomes and ensuring regulatory compliance.">
- As a Support Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing information in a professional and courteous manner.">
- You will also assist with coordinating meetings, events, and other projects as required.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to our Care Navigation team, including responding to client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.">

Requirements:
