Property Lawyer Job Opportunity

The roles involve working on a range of high-calibre property transactions, including commercial leasing, residential projects, and advisory work. You will have the opportunity to draft and negotiate leases, assist developers, and advise clients on property-related matters.

As a property lawyer, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts, easements, land titles, and due diligence, as well as providing commercial advice to SME and institutional clients.

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial and retail leases
  • Assisting developers on off-the-plan projects, joint ventures, and acquisitions
  • Advising on residential and mixed-use developments
