About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Property Lawyer to take on this challenging role. You will require a solid understanding of property law transactions and advice, including sales and acquisitions, electronic conveyancing, property development, commercial and retail leasing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date content for our Practical Guidance product.
  • Monitor legal developments and changes in current practice.
  • Support the Senior Legal Writer with managing author relationships and reviewing externally prepared content.
  • Contribute to building brand awareness and influencing market share.
  • Participate in or contribute to activities such as masterclasses, webinars, customer feedback sessions.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Australian qualified lawyer.
  • Recent experience in a mid to top tier law firm, in-house counsel or Government role.
  • A background in transactional and advisory work in property law.
  • Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills.
  • Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
