Smsf Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Smsf services team. This key leadership role involves supervising and developing a team of four SMSF accountants.

Responsibilities include overseeing the management of 350+ SMSF funds with varying complexities, including:

  • Reviewing and finalising financial statements and tax returns for a diverse client base
  • Engaging with clients to resolve queries in relation to their SMSF financial statements and audit
  • Liaising with third-party auditors for the completion of the annual audit

The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with 6+ years' experience in top/mid-tier firms, skilled in Excel and cloud-based systems, and possessing excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.

This fast-paced environment requires attention to detail while maintaining competing priorities and deadlines. A strong commitment to ensuring a high standard of service to our clients is essential.
