Role Overview:

The Intelligence Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future operations of Victoria's correctional facility.

As the leader of a team of intelligence practitioners, you will support decision-makers across the statewide correctional system.

The Western Plains Correctional Centre is a cutting-edge facility designed to adapt to the evolving needs of Corrections Victoria.

It features modern amenities and utilises technology to keep the facility secure, allowing staff to focus on rehabilitation.

You will oversee the delivery of intelligence services to support executives and operational managers across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster stakeholder relationships
  • Contribute to strategic planning
  • Drive continuous improvement within the Intelligence Unit

Requirements:

  • Expertise in leading a team and ensuring compliance with investigative analysis
  • Strategic thinking, critically assessing data, making connections, and considering the holistic impact of decision-making
  • Effective consultative, verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder relationship management skills

Working Environment:

Work Location:

The predominant work location will be Western Plains Correctional Centre, with occasional attendance at other relevant work locations within the Barwon Precinct.
