
Enhancing Team Competency

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating engaging training content, supporting the design, delivery and access of digital and traditional learning materials. This role is responsible for increasing team competency through the effective utilisation of our digital learning platform and technology.
This position supports the administration of Apprenticeship and Traineeship programs across the business, maintaining strong and accurate records of learning activities to provide meaningful insights on best-practice approaches.
As a confident facilitator, you will strive to enhance traditional learning approaches, finding modern and efficient ways to achieve quality, competency-based outcomes. You will have previous experience using digital learning authoring software (Articulate suite preferred) to create highly visual and engaging learning content.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop and deliver high-quality training content that increases team competency
- Support the administration of Apprenticeship and Traineeship programs across the business
- Maintain strong and accurate records of learning activities to provide meaningful insights on best-practice approaches
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a diverse, multi-disciplinary business
- Previous experience using digital learning authoring software (Articulate suite preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to juggle competing pressures and objectives
