Job Summary

This is a leadership role that requires experience in engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an established team of engineers to deliver projects within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of contracted activities.
  • Coordinate and complete various engineering aspects of projects while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and performance goals.
  • Develop and retain motivated and competent personnel.
  • Act as a process owner and drive innovation opportunities.
About This Role

You will lead by example, demonstrating and enforcing company values and behaviours, and commitment to the highest standards of safe and ethical behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, be Chartered (or eligible to qualify to be Chartered as a Mechanical Engineer), and have proven experience in a similar discipline manager role with relevant experience in operational and strategic delivery for a complex contract/portfolio within the Oil & Gas sector.

- Relevant experience in Oil & Gas sector
