As a seasoned Java developer with Python experience, you'll have the opportunity to significantly influence technical decisions, be hands-on with implementation, and enjoy long-term benefits through equity in the company once you've proven your impact.

  • Refactor and enhance our existing Java application to integrate Large and Small Language Models and ML components.
  • Lead technical decision-making and contribute directly to the design, implementation, and deployment of new functionalities.
  • Experiment hands-on with state-of-the-art AI/ML frameworks and technologies.
  • Proactively suggest and implement innovative solutions and approaches.
Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 4 years of solid commercial Java development experience, ideally with frameworks such as Spring or similar.

• Familiarity with Python and eagerness to expand your skills.

• Basic understanding or strong interest in Language Models, NLP, or Machine Learning.

• Desire to take ownership and thrive in a smaller, impact-driven team environment.
