Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior Computer Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify system requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design, implement, and maintain computer hardware and software configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Install and configure software and networking systems to support business operations.
  • Troubleshoot network and software issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and implement high-level software security systems to protect against cyber threats.
  • Provide training and support to staff on newly installed hardware and software systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure hardware and software systems are functioning properly.
  • Respond to general IT requests and provide timely support to staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of system performance and recommend improvements to senior management.
