Building Surveyor Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Building Inspector to be part of our team.
The successful candidate will undertake inspections on behalf of CFL Building Surveyors, ensuring effective building practices are adhered to as required by Victorian legislation and Australian codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out mandatory and advisory inspections.
- Provide inspection reports/results elaborating with our supportive admin team.
- Converse with Relevant Building Surveyor when required.
Requirements:
- Must be registered as a Building Inspector – Limited to Unlimited.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the provisions of Building Act 1993, Building Regulations 2018 and other relevant Acts, Codes and Australian standards.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi task.
