Account Manager, News and Current Affairs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the achievement of revenue goals for our Commercial Syndication business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international sales re-version process through production, sales, distribution, rights checks, clearances, contracts, invoices, and marketing of all current affairs programs.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain client records and database.
- Coordinate and monitor existing digital clients to ensure delivery process is smooth.
- Support the Sales Manager in overseeing ad-supported syndication such as YouTube, Microsoft, Apple News, and work with new content partnerships.
About You
We are looking for a natural communicator with proven experience effectively liaising with key stakeholders. You will have significant experience in an international content sales and distribution environment.
You will also have:
- Advanced understanding of rights and clearance.
- Experience in budget monitoring and control and debtor management skills.
