Parking Operations Associate

The Seasonal Parking Attendant is a vital role in the parking experience at our facilities. This entry-level position provides exceptional customer service and ensures smooth operation of our parking facilities.
Main Responsibilities:- Direct patrons to available parking spaces.
- Issue tickets to customers, recording required information on each ticket.
- Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets) according to policy.
- Complete daily shift paperwork by recording transactions, vehicle traffic, and validated tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to standards.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively.
- High school degree preferred but not required.
- Available to work mornings, evenings, or overnight shifts.
- Flexible scheduling with paid holidays and wellness programs.
