Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operation of our services.
  • Dispatch valet staff to retrieve or park vehicles in an efficient manner.
  • Validate tickets and log vehicle information accurately.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all parked vehicles, key tags and guest interactions.
  • Handle cashiering responsibilities including processing credit card and cash transactions.
  • Issue receipts, calculate charges and ensure accurate handling of money and payment methods.
  • Perform start-of-shift and end-of-shift cash drawer counts and reconcile transactions.
  • Keep the valet booth clean and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Monitor valet flow and report any delays or issues to management promptly.
