Job Description

They will be responsible for preparing financial statements, income tax returns, group tax summaries, and loan summaries for corporate and family groups. The role also involves working as part of a team with other intermediate and senior business services accountants.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and external service providers. They will also have a relevant Bachelor of Commerce degree (or equivalent) and have started or completed a CA/CPA program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Financial Statements: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for corporate and family groups, including trusts, companies, partnerships, individuals, and SMSFs.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare income tax returns, group tax summaries, and loan summaries for corporate and family groups.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients and other external service providers to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business advisory or tax accounting within Australia.
