The Opportunity
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
  • Take lead in the preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
  • Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
  • Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
  • Be coached directly by an experienced partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events
  • Offer support and training to junior team members
About You
  • 2-3 years' experience in a chartered accounting practice
  • Chartered accountant qualification or in progress
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or similar
  • Experience using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero, and Quickbooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
