About the Role

This is a critical position in our Bid Strategy and Process National team, where you will play a key role in the coordination of bids/tenders.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively prioritize and manage time and workload. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven track record in publishing, team management, and planning.

  • Develop written content for key communications documents that help us win work and enhance our overall reputation.

You will work closely with both Bid Managers and Precontract Managers to ensure all aspects of submissions are completed and submitted to a consistent, high quality standard by the due dates.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure submissions accurately reflect our proposed response, follow client requirements, and align with corporate standards.
  • Coordinate the development of formal responses to Expressions of Interest, Requests for Tender, and other key communications documents.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Certificate/Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Project Management, Communications, Administration).
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or field, with a proven track record in leadership, communication, and project management.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills, including advanced word processing and template knowledge.
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
