Position Overview

You will provide vital support to our team, handling logistics, business event administration, and front-of-house coordination. You will ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Manage administrative paperwork for events.
  • Design and update food and beverage menus for retail and functions.
  • Organise and distribute materials for front-of-house staff.
  • Maintain accurate procedure documents for events.
  • Support management with additional tasks as required.
Key Skills & Experience

We require:

  • Proven admin experience, ideally in an event or high-volume environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and relevant software.
  • A knowledge of the racing industry is a plus.
