Job Title: Night Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our operations team as a Night Manager.

As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of residents and overall management and responsibility of the building during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring building security and safety; performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, auditing, reporting etc.
  • Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Acting as a support to residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information and welfare.
  • Responding to resident calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lockouts.
  • Attending appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.
