Lead Operations Specialist - Home LendingLeverage your leadership expertise to drive exceptional results and customer satisfaction in our Home Lending team.About the Role:

This key position involves leading a high-performing team to achieve target outcomes and maintain adherence to policy and procedure. You will closely monitor and evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement coaching and training initiatives as needed.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure seamless experiences for customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain high levels of customer experience and satisfaction, intervening in serious or complex complaints to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in Financial Services or a related industry, with strong capability in workforce planning, resource management, coaching, and performance uplift.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations, ideally with a comprehensive understanding of home lending and settlements, including cross-state settlement requirements.
  • Solid working knowledge of home settlement platforms, including PEXA. Exposure to Dye & Durham and LendFast would be advantageous.
  • Experience in leading through change, influencing across business units, and representing your business unit in strategic and risk discussions.
  • A minimum Diploma in leadership or a financial service-related field.
