Financial Analysis Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Financial Operations and drive continuous improvement across the business.

This key leadership role will ensure that the business is supported with high-quality financial analysis, estimates at completion, and cost analysis deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing best practices for financial operations, enhancing workplace culture, and driving outcomes.

About the Role

As a Financial Analysis Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of finance analysts and integrating finance systems and activities to drive standardization and continuous improvement across the business. You will provide talent management, including career roadmaps and development plans for your team, and oversee the delivery of high-quality financial analysis resourcing to meet program requirements.

You will also spearhead continuous improvement activities across the broader finance team using Lean Six Sigma principles and engage with other senior leaders to share ideas and drive best practice.

Requirements
  • A relevant business or accounting degree
  • Post-graduate professional membership with CPA/CAANZ or equivalent
  • Proven leadership skills and management techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to deliver on-time with high quality
