Job Title: Service Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Service Operations Specialist. This role involves coordinating reactive service calls, scheduled works, and planned maintenance activities to ensure efficient field service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate reactive service calls, scheduled works, and planned maintenance activities to maximise technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor technician progress and update the software system, managing revisits and reducing backlog through recovery scheduling.
  • Support customers with clear communication and timely updates, ensuring seamless interaction between Service, Sales, and Technical Support teams.
  • Manage travel arrangements for technicians and review the on-call roster to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers to track performance, identify training opportunities, and document non-standard events.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer service or dispatch/scheduling environment.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills, including advanced computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and customer etiquette skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-interaction team environment.
