About This Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced retail and experiential professional to join our team as a Senior Account Manager.

This role will involve the efficient management of retail experience projects, including print, digital, physical store fit-outs, small builds merchandising, ensuring all work is aligned with the client's direction.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of client briefs, through creative development to client presentation within the retail and experiential space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage campaign plans, timelines, and project plans to deliver results-driven solutions
  • BUILD strong relationships with existing and new clients, as well as key partners
  • Work closely with the Senior Account Director across client briefs, creative development, and client feedback
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal resources to guarantee timely and cost-effective delivery of outputs
  • Liaise with the project management team to assist in reporting and POD collation for nationwide execution
  • Compile creative work into agency templates for client presentations
  • Ensure creative work meets client expectations through meticulous process management
About You:

We require someone with 2-4+ years' experience within retail and experiential, who has demonstrated expertise within an agency environment.

Key skills include: effective resource management, deadline management, excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, high organization, and active listening.
