Key Account Manager Role

This senior role involves overseeing the efficient management of retail experience projects, ensuring seamless alignment with client direction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project delivery from creative development to client presentation within retail and experience spaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute campaign plans, timelines, and project schedules
  • Manage account finances, including job estimates, purchase orders, project budgets, and invoice reconciliations
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and new clients, as well as key partners
  • Collaborate with the Account Director on client briefs throughout the creative process and manage client feedback
  • Review creative work received from the studio to ensure alignment with the client brief prior to sharing with the client
  • Coordinate projects with Project Managers and the Print Production Team for timely and cost-effective output delivery
  • Liaise with the wider team to report and document evidence for invoicing all executions
  • Develop post-campaign reports and Quarterly Business Reviews with the Account Management team, presenting these to the client
  • Manage the compilation of creative work to ensure it is inspiring, consistent, and exceeds client expectations
Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years' experience in retail and account management
  • Demonstrated experience within an agency environment
  • Able to manage project resources and key stakeholders

Experience in managing deadlines and time estimates
