Housekeeping Team Lead Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team. As a key member of our hotel's housekeeping department, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning professionals to maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.


About the Role
  • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning services and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including supply inventory management and employee performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software and systems is highly desirable.
