Housekeeping Management Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring a clean and efficient environment for guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.

  • Responding promptly to guest complaints related to room issues and resolving them in a professional manner.
  • Working closely with engineering teams to address maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Providing ongoing training to staff on the latest cleanliness standards and best practices.
  • Effectively managing supplies and inventory to prevent waste and minimize costs.
  • Overseeing ongoing projects in housekeeping and conducting daily pre-shift meetings to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

  • Proficiency in computer systems, including knowledge of Opera and other relevant software.
  • Able to work under pressure, follow up, and resolve escalated complaints in a professional manner.
  • Team player with the ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights.
