Product Leadership Opportunity

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product evolution, monitoring and reviewing product performance, and understanding the requirements of internal and external stakeholders. This role involves leading teams, collaborating with business partners, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver seamless trading experiences for retail, advised, B2B, and institutional markets.
  • Directly lead teams and collaborate with UX, squads, vendors, and operations functions involved in product outcomes.
  • Work with product owners, squads, vendors, and operational teams to run and distribute products safely and efficiently.
  • Identify and drive key opportunities for AUSIEX products.
  • First-line risk, legal, and regulatory obligations as they relate to AUSIEX Products, including Market Integrity Rules.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry and regulatory partners, and lead the consultation process with stakeholders to drive the product roadmap.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years in product management, financial analysis, portfolio management, product development, product legal and risk, business analysis, operational management, and change or project management.
  • Financial technology experience: Experienced in running financial technology products.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with ability to think deeply, understand concepts quickly, combine strategies, and provide coherent articulation of complex messages.
Desirable Skills:
  • Pivot strategies in response to economic shifts, investor expectations, and technological advancements.
  • Experimenting, adapting quickly, and learning from failure.
  • Making decisions with accountability and fostering trust across teams.
  • Utilizing automation, AI, and data analytics to streamline operations and enhance decision-making.
  • Leading across departments and aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
  • Staying current with regulatory changes.
  • Understanding emerging technologies like blockchain, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
