This global travel and tourism innovator is looking for an up and coming Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of its pricing, payments, and supply-side systems. This role is mission-critical: from managing real-time pricing for flights, hotels, and tours, to optimising payments and supplier integrations that support millions in daily sales. The role will take responsibility for a team of highly capable and highly ambitious team of PMs, Senior PMs and Group PMs and work side-by-side with an equally capable and ambitious engineering function.

What You'll Do
  • Own the product strategy for pricing, payments, and supplier integrations
  • Solve tough challenges in dynamic pricing, discounting, and bundling
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to streamline supply
  • Drive product delivery that ensures accuracy, scalability, and automation
  • Leverage data and analytics to make informed, high-impact decisions
  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers to execute with precision and agility
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of product experience, including 2+ in a leadership role leading product managers (ideally manager of managers)
  • Experience building supply-side systems in e-commerce, travel, or marketplaces
  • Strong understanding of payment flows, pricing engines, and margin optimization
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, data-heavy environments with competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills - able to bring clarity to complexity
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
