We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Building Management Systems Specialist.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, servicing and engineering various installations to deliver high quality systems in compliance with site specified tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide service, preventative maintenance and commissioning of building management control systems.
  • Configure, test and calibrate software, perform maintenance diagnosis, repair and basic programming.
  • Ensure jobs on site are completed as per directions provided by the operations team.
  • Provide technical support to team members, installers and service agents.
  • Coordinate and provide field data and documents to the operations team.

Requirements

  • Experience working with building management systems or BMCS/DDC control systems.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems is essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong fault finding and problem solving skills.
  • Pride in delivering quality service and building excellent customer relationships.
