About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Analyst/Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at RELEX Solutions in Melbourne, Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve supply chain-related and SQL issues faced by customers and colleagues using RELEX's leading-edge technology.
  • Provide consulting and support to customers on developing their RELEX system.
  • Ensure and support high-quality product development by conducting acceptance testing.
  • Conduct analyses and investigations on an ad-hoc basis for different internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with consultants to create customer and product-related documentation.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of SQL databases and queries.
  • Proactive and result-driven attitude towards work.
  • Ability to understand SCM systems from both business and IT perspectives.
  • Educational background in Industrial Engineering, System sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Information & Service Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, System sciences or other relevant subject expertise.
  • Strong will to learn how our products operate and deliver world-class service.
  • Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
