Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to approximately 35 patrols
  • Nurture and develop strong and effective business relationships with Patrols and internal departments
  • Assist with complaint investigations
  • Monitor and manage patrol performance
  • Ensure compliance with Fatigue Management Policies
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain an accurate compliance database, tracking licenses, qualifications, and fleet servicing
  • Review and investigate customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work collaboratively to resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about industry regulations and best practices
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed to support team objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Strong experience in working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
  • Ability to support, build relationships, manage, and motivate a diverse workforce
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative when required
