Opportunity Overview
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to fill a leadership position.
As a leader in Positive Behaviour Support, you will oversee a team of clinicians to deliver evidence-based, person-centred positive behaviour support services to our participants in the community.
Your role will include:
- Managing your own caseload of participants of all ages by providing exceptional evidence-based, person-centred positive behaviour supports.
- Identifying, implementing and maintaining quality improvement opportunities for service delivery.
- Providing strategic leadership that maximises individual potential and supports team members to thrive as clinicians.
- Maintaining a safe, healthy and respectful workplace culture.
About You

- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Commitment to being a team player.
- Substantial experience in providing positive behaviour supports.
- Ability to demonstrate up-to-date evidence-based clinical skills.
