Housekeeping Supervisor Role

Ozone Services Group is a leading provider of cleaning services. In this key position, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the cleaning team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Supervise daily cleaning and presentation of public areas.
  • Ensure team members are conversant with health and safety obligations and adhere to policies.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to improve their skills and performance.
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
  • Work rights within Australia.
