- Customer Excellence: Ensure superior service for customers and members, handling feedback and optimising customer retention and satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Review and implement process improvements for better efficiency in service delivery.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Ensure smooth operation through effective management of inventory, stock, and equipment.
- Recruitment and Retention: Play a key role in recruiting, retaining, and developing talent for the centre.
- Sales & Business Acumen: Ability to drive growth in client base while ensuring business profitability.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with excellent relationship management abilities.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Proven skills in conflict resolution and making decisions under pressure.
