- Operational Leadership: Manage overall performance, ensuring the centre meets key performance indicators such as revenue, profitability, quality, and compliance.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Oversee and monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance across all operations.
- Team Development: Plan and manage staff performance, ensuring alignment with RAC policies. Provide coaching and create a culture of engagement.
- Customer Excellence: Ensure superior service for customers and members, handling feedback and optimizing customer retention and satisfaction.
- Operational Efficiency: Review and implement process improvements for better efficiency in service delivery.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Ensure smooth operation through effective management of inventory, stock, and equipment.
- Recruitment and Retention: Play a key role in recruiting, retaining, and developing talent for the centre.
