The Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support, customer service, and data management at Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Service.
About the Role
This part-time vacancy offers 15 hours of work per fortnight, with a salary range of $58,709 - $63,154 p.a (pro-rata), plus Superannuation, Leave Loading, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering seamless operations for clients, staff, and visitors, working closely with the Patient Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level administrative support, including word processing, data entry, and spreadsheet development using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, adhering to procedures and protocols.
- Collaborating with the Patient Services Manager to achieve team objectives and improve patient care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high level of competency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Previous experience in providing administrative support services, preferably in a healthcare setting.
