Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and presentation of the shopping centre
  • Monitor safety across the precinct and respond effectively to incidents
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and support management
  • Assist customers with enquiries and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Maintain accurate logs, reports and incident documentation
  • Represent the centre with professionalism, approachability and authority
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Current security licence and relevant clearances
  • Experience in a security, facilities or customer service role
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to remain calm, professional and effective under pressure
  • Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation with practical problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of property and facilities operations or willingness to learn
