We are seeking a skilled delivery manager with expertise in the Duck Creek platform to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek implementations across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Rating modules.
- Leading cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and client stakeholders.
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in Duck Creek implementations.
- Strong understanding of Duck Creek product suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating).
- Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with P&C system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
- Strong expertise in P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
- Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools like ADO, JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
