Job Title: Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled delivery manager with expertise in the Duck Creek platform to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure successful solution delivery.

  • Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of Duck Creek implementations across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Rating modules.
  • Leading cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and client stakeholders.
  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in Duck Creek implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Duck Creek product suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating).
  • Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with P&C system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
  • Strong expertise in P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like ADO, JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
