In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that continues to deliver meaningful solutions for veterinary practices, providing expert installation, training, and technical support for our innovative diagnostic solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary nursing or a related science discipline, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They will also possess strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills, as well as the ability to provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot technical issues.

Key requirements include:

  • A qualification in Veterinary Nursing or another Science discipline.
  • 3+ years' experience in a scientific field, including sales or veterinary nursing.
  • A certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Ability to conduct training and share knowledge and be able to adjust training techniques for varied audiences.
  • Good problem-solving and research skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.
