Director of Quality and Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality and Compliance to join our team at Box Hill Institute. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our organization.
As the Director of Quality and Compliance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective quality and compliance strategies, managing risk, and ensuring that our organization meets all relevant regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of quality and compliance professionals and work closely with our executive team to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality and compliance strategies to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across the organization
- Manage risk and ensure that the organization meets all relevant regulatory requirements
- Lead a team of quality and compliance professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree and/or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, such as quality management, compliance, or risk management
- Extensive experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a quality or compliance function
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and risk management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
